Maintaining a professional career as a Healthcare Provider can be challenging when scheduling and attending certification courses. As a result, the American Heart Association has developed an official, self-directed, comprehensive eLearning program reflecting new science based on the 2020 AHA Guidelines for CPR and ECC. Presented with a team dynamics lesson, 10 ACLS hospital-based case scenarios, the student will interact with the program, assessing each patient and formulate treatment based on 2020 ACLS guidelines and provide treatment. The student will practice skills and testing with instructor through Zoom after successfully completing the online cognitive component and receive the ACLS Provider course completion card.
This Web-based eLearning course provides the cognitive portion (Part 1) of the AHA Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) course, and can be used for initial or renewal certifications. Featuring the eSimulation technology, students participate in realistic patient scenarios, assess patients, and formulate treatment - online and the best part, at your own pace. Course students who successfully complete Part 1 receive an eligibility certificate allowing for a skills practice session (Part 2) and skills test (Part 3) with a certified American Heart Association ACLS instructor, which you must pass to qualify for an ACLS Course Provider card. The course is PC and Mac compatible. For more information please click here.
